What is the Policy for Non-Payment Disconnection?

After 45 days of nonpayment, a customer’s service is disconnected.

*** This includes any pre-paid services. ***

In order to reconnect services, the past due balance must be paid, in addition to a $30 reconnection fee. (The next month’s payment  may be required as well, depending on when services are reconnected.)

Reconnection of all services can only be made once all past due amounts and reconnection fees are paid.
