Internet service is advertised as Silver (up to 50 Mbps), Gold (up to 100 Mbps), Platinum (up to 300 Mbps), and Diamond (up to 600 Mbps). Will I get the max speed?

No.  Americable Internet service is a best-effort service.  While we set the modem speeds according to these speeds the actual speeds are dependent on various conditions such as network congestion (overall bandwidth usage), the capacity of computers or other devices, routers and servers, etc.  It is not possible to give a guarantee of actual speeds each and every time.  Americable strives to provide the best possible effort on speeds and would like to see speeds at a minimum of 80% of the subscribed package at any given time.  Speed tests are best measured on a wired connection to the cable modem or router.  Tests should be conducted via the Americable site and other sites that test on local servers (not overseas) for comparison.
